The Associated Press reports: The Palestinian prime minister challenged the powerful civil servants’ union Thursday, saying he’d dock the pay of union members who participate in strikes. By strikes, he’s of course referring to work stoppages and not Qassam missile or other types of terror strikes against Israelis. Those qualify you for bonus pay.
