A tanker load of oil going from the Gulf around the Cape of Good Hope to Houston, Naples, or Rotterdam changes ownership on a minute by minute basis. 3. I have no doubt whatsoever that US companies routinely buy lots of Iraqi and Persian and Nigerian and Venezuelan oil through intermediaries. So much for that idiot's "exclusive". In his next exclusive, expect him to say that the hole in the bagel is an Israeli subversive plot to starve the Palestinians.
