Because, in Turkey, as soon as the religious fanatics came to power; they began to destroy the pork industry. All the slaughter houses FAILED their hygiene tests.

And, the butchers are being put out of business.

So, who are these butchers? Greeks, who’ve lived in Istanbul, with families going back generations.

The loss to Turkey? Fleeing Christian families. Fleeing greeks.

Fundamentalism stinks. In time? Maybe, all organized religions run themselves into the ground?

Even in America, bible thumping isn’t a Sunday pastime. Instead? Shopping atthe malls.

Will the price of gas change these habits?

I dunno.

But the Sauds misspend every single dime they earn on oil! They’re the carrier of this fundamentalism disease throughout the islamic world. Pity.
