When I gave birth to my youngest daughter nine years ago, a wife of one of the "assistants" from Sderot was together with me in my room. She was very young and frightened, and all she wanted was her mother - who could not be there. Her husband's family were with her throughout her stay and were very nice. This was the first that I had heard about this community in Sderot.
