Their Spelling Was Not the Only Casualty

Today’s palestinian “work accident” is brought to you courtesy of Hamas.

Hamas’ Ezz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Tuesday that one of its members was killed and two others wounded in an explosion during a “Hihad mission” in Al-Shijaiya neighborhood.

Palestinian medical sources said that 29-year-old Khalil Ibrahim Jendiya arrived in Al- Shifa hospital as a dead body, in addition to two others, both with serious injuries.

Eyewitnesses said that they heard a huge explosion in a military post linked to Al-Qassam brigades, and then they heard the siren of ambulances came to evacuate causalities.

I’m not entirely sure what a “Hihad mission” is, but I assume it is like a “Jihad mission”, only friendlier.

If you pronounce it like I do (HEE-hahd), then it sounds like it’s like a “Jihad mission,” but funnier.

    ;)

A Hidad mission is simply a Jihad mission that is performed by someone whose father also was a ‘martyr’ because once he is done he gets to say “Hi Dad!”
