Moving from a tribal blood-feud framework to an independent judicial system accepted by a broad majority of society is hard and slow, and requires stable government. Vendetta is symptomatic of the present situation in Gaza, and I don&#039;t think it will change soon.</description>

We should be very grateful, that with all our factional infighting (right vs. left, dati vs. chiloni, richard silverstein vs. aussie dave), we have limits.
