No need to look at the shadows or the guy with the water bottle (whose "body language" does not look very relaxed to me, btw). A look at the seizure guy's arms will do: He is holding them up with quite some elegance for a Grand mal seizure. Same goes for his lower jaw: No clenching, and it did not drop down -he opens his mouth actively. But hey: A hysterical seizure is still a seizure. Quite some reaction, indeed.
