Benji Hits the Big Time

Fellow Anglo-Israeli blogger and upcoming Jerusalem blogging conference panelist Benji Lovitt was on Israeli television discussing blogging.

You can see it all here.

While I am very impressed with Benji’s Hebrew after such a relatively short time in Israel, not to mention his composure and humor while on national television, I must admit to being surprised that I was not asked on to the program. I mean I have been cited in the mainstream media on many occasions, founded the JIB awards, and have known to be quite funny myself. If you ask me, the television station seems to have had an agenda in inviting only a secular, non right-wing blogger to speak.

Update: I’ll add this link in case you thought I was being serious.
