Shavua tov to you all. Here’s the main news from today:

  • There were a number of foiled terror attacks today, with IDF soldiers killing two palestinian terroristsĀ  trying to plant a bomb along the Gaza border fence, and then killing a 16-year-old Bedouin girl who attacked a Border Police base near the Shoket Junction (which is incidentally only a couple of kilometers down the road from where I spent the Jewish Sabbath).
  • Egyptian Islamists submitted a bill to deny Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman entry into Egypt.
  • Somali pirates attacked an Israeli ship, but were unsuccessful in boarding it due to Zionist Death Wire.TM
  • India’s Defense Minister rejected reports that a $1.4 billion missile deal with Israel had been reached through bribery. I guess it was all in the marketing.
