Kosher Kate

What do Kate Moss and kosher food have in common?

Something apparently.

Proving that supermodels do eat after all, Kate Moss is bringing out a cookbook.

After conquering the catwalk and storming the high street with her Topshop threads, she is rustling up some recipes to tickle our tastebuds.

Kate, 35, has been inspired to put on her pinny by Stasha Palos – the step-daughter of her good friend the billionaire businessman Sir Philip Green.

Mother-of-two Stasha has penned a cookbook of traditional Jewish meals made simple. And after trying out a few on her boyfriend Jamie Hince, Kate has fallen in love with the idea of doing something similar – with a unique Moss twist, of course.

Our insider reveals: “Kate recently cooked Jamie a slap-up Jewish meal following kosher techniques from Stasha. She loves her easy-to-follow recipes.

“It’s all she’s been taking about.

“Stasha is due to release her book this year and Kate has been testing out the recipes.” We hear the Croydon-born supermodel has been trying her hand at everything from chicken noodle soup to salt beef and potato latkes, non-dairy pareve carrot and honey cakes. Yum! Our spy adds: “Her friend Davinia Taylor has been helping and Kate is always on the phone to her pals for tips.

“She is buzzing about the idea of being the first supermodel to release a cookbook.”

Perhaps she’ll also be the first supermodel to actually eat something.
