Last year, I blogged about Sheik Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a son of the late UAE president and brother of Abu Dhabi’s crown prince, who had a thing for torturing people.
ABC News has now aired a story on him, which includes the incriminating footage [warning: some disturbing images].
