Is that who I think it is on this palestinian protester’s shirt? (click image to enlarge)

Masked Palestinian demonstrators carry a baton and a chain as they clash with Israeli police in east Jerusalem on March 19, 2010. Tensions remained high in Jerusalem and the West Bank as the Quartet for the Middle East urged Israel to stop building settlements and set a target for a final deal with the Palestinians within two years. Bonus points for anyone who can also tell me what those protesters are doing with a baton and a chain if they are supposedly “only” throwing rocks.

Update: And knives!

"and Jewish neighborhoods in traditionally Arab east Jerusalem"
"From a hilltop observation post on the outskirts of the Palestinian city of Ramallah, Ban got a closer look Saturday at some of the Israeli enclaves scattered across Palestinian-claimed territories." — We need some propaganda posts.
"The mediators urged Israel to halt all settlement construction, which has emerged as a key obstacle to renewing talks."
"The world has condemned Israel's settlement plans in east Jerusalem," Ban told a news conference after his brief tour. "Let us be clear. All settlement activity is illegal anywhere in occupied territory and must be stopped."
"expressed concern about what he said was a worsening humanitarian situation in blockaded Hamas-ruled Gaza."
"Clinton reportedly asked Israel to revoke its recent building decision, roll back on plans for new Jewish homes and make goodwill gestures such as releasing Palestinian prisoners and lifting some West Bank roadblocks." — Like Israel has already done? Does the US release Khalid Sheikh Mohammed to get Osama bin Laden?
"Abbas has said he will not negotiate with Israel directly unless it freezes all settlement construction, including in east Jerusalem."
"Nearly half a million Israelis live on war-won land"

This has to be some big joke. Maybe there is a God who is testing the Chosen People's patience continually.

I could swear it was blObama in his "joker" face. I think they had a Tshirt givaway during the "trade in your rocks for rockets" exchange program.

Should have set the shirt on fire instead of all that quality building material.
