Now I know how to prepare a porterhouse steak, Alton Brown style (of course you know this guy IS a maniac). Did you notice the ashes covering the steak and that Mr. Brown did not seem to care one little bit? I'm waiting for the video of the AussieDave cut, with or without a bloomin' onion.
