… and Yoni was NOT killed by fire from the airport tower. While no Sayeret soldier is entirely sure who killed Yoni, it was either a Ugandan soldier (on the way to full breach of the airport hall) who got off a few bullets, or the lead German terrorist (who was killed by Amir Ofer before the breach). Yoni had been hit BEFORE the soldiers entered the main terminal.

The Israel Commando video is interesting but unfortunately contains a pretty bad error. Muki Betzer did NOT plan the Entebbe Raid. As per interviews with most of the Sayeret Matkal boys who were there, the Raid was mainly planned by YOni Netanyahu z'l. Betzer has spewed quite a lot of lies since the Operations, mostly due to the fact he almost screwed up the mission before the storming by emptying his AK-47, this is one of them. Most of them are refuted in the book 'Sayeret Matkal in Entebbe' (Only released in Hebrew), which is interview after interview with all those involved in the operation.
