Oh boy, I do have a communications problem. The Guardian and Thunderbolt were the names of newspapers published by hate groups (the Nazis and the Klan) in the U.S. in the '70s. I said US because of the more widespread British paper of thet name.

Brian,
I don't understand why you call the US the “Guardian,” or why it is good to attack the US. Also what "Thunderbolt" refers to, I totally agree that the NYT is anti-Semitic, I am a strong supporter of States rights here in the US and I think that the Klan is evil. The Tea Parties also strongly support states rights but object to any form of racial prejudice. Maybe I am oversimplifying or maybe you are getting your information on “States Rights” from the NYT. Most likely there is some history in these blogs that I don't know. Would be grateful if you would enlighten me.

After the Jayson Blair (?) scandal, someone at work offered to me to read his copy of the New York Times. I told him I wasn't interested in fiction. He rather liked that.

By the way, when I call the New York Times "America's Premier Anti-Semitic Newspaper", I am referring to their DOMESTIC coverage. Although they don't hold a candle to Ha'aretz, hate-mongering-wise.

And please don't consider this "damning with faint praise". It's just that I like Isreallycool so much..

Of course. I've long supported organized labor in all its forms. The AFL-CIO; the UAW; the SEIU; and the Lollipop Guild. I also strongly support the Lullabye League.

Anyone who'll attack the Guardian (U.S.) or the Thunderbolt(*) or the New York Times is O.K. in my book.

(*) One is the States Rights Party (Klan), and one is the National Socialist White People's Party (Nazi). I forget which is which – today both groups have the same philosophy, anyway.

Just as in the movie "The Wizard of Oz" there are good witches and there are bad witches, the blogosphere is the same. There are good bloggers (informative, well-researched) and there are bad bloggers (demogogic, fear mongering). I would definitely put AussieDave in the good blogger category for creating the superior blog IsraellyCool. I'll let others decide which are the bad blogs. I really don't feel comfortable using Dave's site to launch an attack on other bloggers. But I have no such discomfort attacking other commenters, so watch what you say.

I actually thought that this article is a net positive for Israel. It is evidence that we are slowly but surely changing the narrative about Gaza. Dave has played a big part in that and deserves kudos for his work.
