That said, it is nearly impossible to scrutinize every word to make sure that it cannot be misconstrue by somebody. The great majority of people from the west do not think in terms of murder and mayhem. Hence, it is difficult to predict the reactions of people that do. When I say I am taking someone down, they know it is a threat that I intent to carry out. They also know that no harm will come to their person.

My meaning is clear to them, i.e., I mean to expose them for all the world to see. No more, no less.

I'm glad to see Jim Bollan is offended, if he wishes to avoid the labels he quotes he should change his behaviour. He clearly has a prejudicial little chip on his shoulder.

I will say that for the most part they don't add to the debate but then again nor did coming on here and throwing around baseless accusations, whilst simultaneously proving their stupidity; advance their cause either.

I find it a little absurd that anyone AT ALL would call the councillor a "pervert" for his misguided beliefs in regards to Israel. Perhaps he isn't being entirely truthful.

Either way they seem to be in the grip of Judeophobia at the moment but when you are open to the idea that Jews control the world, as he has been shown to be, then perhaps it isn't such a great leap of faith to believe that they might be after you as well.

The fact is that when you throw around the word "Zionist" and use it as a slur against somebodies character, you are in the wrong or at least mentally deficient*.

Zionism in simplest terms is the right of the Jewish people to self determination in their own homeland. This is a right given to most of the people on this planet, it used to be a right cherished above all but the way some Western politicians behave I'm not so sure any more. Personally I would like this right extended to the Kurds and Zoroastrians amongst others but that is another argument.

By using 'Zionist' as a slur you are denying this right to the Jewish people, you are saying that the Jews do not have a right to live in peace and govern their own affairs in the place where the Jewish people have always lived and not only is that prejudiced and bigoted but in my books it's straight up racism.

Perhaps instead of pandering to the fantasies of a lowly councillor with delusions of grandeur, the Scottish police would be better serving the public good by investigating his use of that word. I find his behaviour objectionable and extremely offensive.

*Perhaps the councillor would like to add dimwit, prejudiced and mentally deficient to his list. If he would like I'd be more than happy to think up some other descriptive terms for him.
