This cartoon of a dog wearing a Jewish skullcap, while devouring a dead body and urinating on a woman symbolizing justice, was posted by none other than Richard Falk, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on Palestinian human rights.
As UN Watch posts, Falk first denied he ever posted the cartoon, but when caught out, invoked the “What, anti-semitic?” defence.
