I wonder if this foreign press photographer gets a bonus for taking a photo of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu so unflattering, it makes him look like former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon?

Not so bad if you figure in the fact that the world was scared “shit” of Sharon. Let them be scared of Bibi. Psychology is a powerful weapon.
You beat me to that comment. And you are absolutely right. I’ve met both Bibi and Sharon*, and while the former comes across as very intelligent and personable, the latter had an overwhelming presence. Dare I say ‘Napoleonic’? Only a lot bigger. And more Jewish. And less French/Corsican.
*I met them at political fundraisers, not because I normally socialise with prominent people.
Not to quibble, but I think the term of art is “scared shitless” if you are applying the American vernacular. It’s just as easy to get these things right.
