Anti-Israel professor Norman Finkelstein denounces the BDS movement (hat tip: Huffington Post Monitor).
You know they must be beyond the pale if Rat Fink finds them too extreme.
Maybe the BDSholes can get inspiration for their next video Shit Our Ally Is Saying About Us.

Nothing of the sort. He’s mad that they’re calling for ANOTHER Holocaust instead of toeing the Fink line that it’s a debatable point whether the last one was even a significant event. You have to acknowledge that Jews and Israel even exist, unlike the Good Doktor, before you can consign them all to hell.
OK, I sat through the whole painful “interview” (more like a professor’s lecture), and the big takeaways are:
- NFink thinks the BDS is a cult
- NFink thinks that the PA is comprised of corrupt degenerates who are “collaborators” (Hmmm…)
- NFink thinks the BDS is lying to the world about it’s goals (they want to eradicate Israel, not achieve peace)
- NFink thinks that Palestinian “solidarity” movements are largely BS cults controlled by Ramallah “guru’s” – and he notes that the same gurus can’t even muster 500 Palestinians to show up at a demonstration, but expect the outside world to take them seriously nonetheless
- NFink opposes the BDS because he thinks they will destroy his chance to “solve” the conflict with a two-state solution
- NFink supports the tactics of the BDS, but not their goal, because…wait for it…he thinks that the two-state solution has a real chance to solve the conflict, and in the end the BDS is all about ending the State of Israel.
Me thinks NFink is nuts (I’ve read some of his nonsense before seeing this). But hey, at least he’s largely consistent in his position, even if it’s so blatantly naive with respect to conflict resolution or the cause of the problem.
BTW, NFink was wrong about the “Israel-Palestine” conflict being longer than the 100 years war. Very wrong. I won;t even bother with the ICJ opinions he claimed as “law.” So much for his facts.
He is nuts. Look a his face and his voice. He sounds like a programmed robot.
This is one gift horse I would shoot without an attempt to look at its teeth.

It’s been a bad few weeks for the comrades down at the bds headquarters . Tony Greenstein arch anti Israel and chief ” as a Jew ” protagonist has been putting out fires all over the place . Following the brilliant Harrys Place exposure of the Psc being riddled with antisemites and Holocaust deniers . This was followed by Viva Gaza and Respect Party Chair being found guilty of striking a Jewish man in a supermarket (me
) , he now has to batten down the hatches and go into damage limitation mode . He reminds me of the fairground game where you have to hit the gopher with a hammer before it pops up somewhere else .
Personally , I feel sorry for Frank Borat ( ok Barat ) finklers interlocutor who has either been sent one way to Siberia or has been provided with a loaded revolver and expected to do the honorable thing .
