		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s called &#039;administrative detention&#039;, when people are hurling missiles and mortars at you, blowing themselves (and you) up, shooting at you, kidnapping you, threatening you, indoctrinating their people with hate against you, then it&#039;s a perfectly legal and proper response.

Practically every country in the world does it and nearly all for the same reason. That being, when you are engaged in asymmetrical warfare, when your enemy is secretive and blurs the lines of traditional conflict, when you have good evidence against them intending or being part of a group that wishes to hurt or damage your nation and for which there is not necessarily a legal remedy, then it is simply best to lock them up whilst you either build a case, wait for them to crack or simply until you find a way to neutralise the threat they pose.]]></description>
