New research at Srinakharinwirot University in Thailand shows the spice tumeric, often used in curries, has been effective in slowing the progress of some malignant tumors and some other diseases including pre-diabetes.

The Curcumin Study found the compound curcumin, available over the counter in capsule form, is effective in stopping the progress of pre-diabetes, slowing the growth of prostate tumors, reduce joint swelling in arthritis, and preserve function in spinal cord injury. As always, don’t self medicate, ask your doctor to view the results of the study.

I really hope everything goes well and she returns to full health.

As she is married to Dave she must be strong willed so I’m sure she’ll pull through.
