Apartheid Israel Gas Masks

Yesterday The Times of London (no link of course because of their pay wall) had an article about Israelis queuing to exchange their gas masks.
I wonder if anyone at the picture agency or the Times noticed the Arabic subtitles on the information screen as they were handing them out?

It fairly simple:
If an arab (living in Israel or in the PLO territories) dies by an Israeli rocket he’s considered “murdered” by the Israelis. If the same thing happens, but with a rocket from the Hizbollah or Hamas, he’s considered a “Shayid”.
This was exactly what Nasrallah ימ”ש said after rockets landed in Nazareth in the 2nd Lebanon war and arabs were killed…
Actually, I believe Arabs and Palestinians killed by other Arabs or Palestinians are counted as victims on the Arab/Palestinian side, i.e. blamed on Israel.
