Freedom Of Speech Goes Both Ways
Some 30 Israeli Arabs protested in front of the American embassy in Tel Aviv today.
Would these people also hold up a sign against insulting Jesus? Moses? How about Joseph Smith and Ron L. Hubbard?
No. Western cultures and values, like freedom of speech, do not apply when talking Islam. Yet it doesn’t stop them from exercising their own freedom of speech to protest other’s freedoms.
So if you’ll excuse me, I would like to exercise my freedom of speech.
Islam objects to polytheism, and praises a one and only god. Yet with Muslims venerating Muhammad, deifying him to a demigod stature – miracles, graven images and blasphemy included, even killing in his name – you can’t help but wonder if they actually worship two gods.
One is an all powerful, all-seeing being which they worship and revere out of fear and awe, even willing to kill in his name or die for his name’s sake.
The other is Allah.

Readers @ Alternet call for US RICO laws and other statutes including charging them with capital murder for anyone who says or does anything that at any point in the future results in someone being killed by Muslims. Some go so far as to openly call for capital murder charges to be leveled against fools like Terry Jones who threatened to but never did – burn a Koran.

Freedom of speech works both ways, I am not too concerned with those outside the US. Well they are welcome to protest, does this really effect our freedom of speech in the USA. I fell if we can not maintain our Freedom of Speech here, then what about the rest of the world, there must be a becon of light in the darkness. I often find those protesting the use of “Muhammad” are the ones insulting our faith, those of the rest of the world.
