Tell me how this doesn’t give the Jewish State the right to issue official warnings, comprised of real threats of punitive action (a nation-state’s legal right as the political protector of its nation’s interests), to those libelers of the Jewish nation-state.

Since the idea of free speech is going down the tubes in today’s world anyhow, let’s not be holier-than-thou in that department.
