I would avoid that phrase; in the US, a company that declares bankrupcy is referred to as “going into chapter 11″, and I thought at first that was what you meant.

Of course, here we use the historic and more colorful phrase, “stuck out the foot”, presumably referring ot a slaughtered steer.
