		<description><![CDATA[Do you mean they&#039;ve started a new chapter? I would avoid that phrase; in the US, a company that declares bankrupcy is referred to as &quot;going into chapter 11&quot;, and I thought at first that was what you meant.

Of course, here we use the historic and more colorful phrase, &quot;stuck out the foot&quot;, presumably referring ot a slaughtered steer.]]></description>
