I disagree. They were both wrong. He went way overboard in badgering her, but at least it was for a good cause.
She was quite tolerant, but the policy she was defending is sick.

Sooner or later, the contradictions behind the insistent labeling of Turkey as moderate was bound to catch up with the State Department. Lee’s questioning should be taken as a shot across the bow.
This from the same state department that tabbed Assad as a reformer… Well he’s reformed about 100k of his constituents from alive to dead!
It is refreshing to see a reporter push back at this type of BS.
On the other hand, the best thing the administration could do is stay out.
