Al Shebber’s post is 100 % spot on.
Re CNN & the rest of the mainstream media, they so permissively label anything less than uber-liberal as ‘right wing’.
The problem for these faux journalists & their employers is their viewership ratings keeps falling.

The moaning about a “rightward shift” reminds me of some political hand-ringing in US political commentary about the Republican party’s “shift to the right”, how its not like it used to be, etc. etc.
The reality is that in any democratic country you see shifts to the right or the left, depending on the time and circumstances. (And sometimes those shifts are imaginary, existing only in the mind of a given political commentator.) These people would be better off if they just acknowledged the obvious.

And don’t watch CNN for the next couple of days during the inauguration if you don’t like positive Obama coverage. They’ve gone all-in. CNN has been anti-Israel with the help of supreme schmoozer, a brown nosing expert like Wolf Blitzer, a caricature of what a reporter, covering for the D party looks like. The more gay version is based in Cairo, hates Israel, married to an Egyptian, a “beard of a sort”, is running the anti – Israel talking points agenda, for CNN. This is not journalism, it is advocacy for the Obama down low circle, miserable collection of tired Lefty wrecks from the 60′s who feed on Arab cash to drive the lefty agenda.

American liberals don’t care about this either way. They simply want another soap box to get on to scream how proud they are about their antisemitism. There’s quite a few CNN regular posters I come across there who freely say they are nazis, antisemites and holocaust deniers. In order to be a CNN liberal in good standing being an antisemite is one the checkboxes you need. Others include but are not limited to glint eyed cult of personality of Obama, anti gun, pro weed, anti modern medicine, pro Obamacare, anti prescription drug, pro illegal aliens, LGBT no matter what, anti religion but pro pro pro Islam, pro abortion, pro higher taxes, pro huge government, and a dozen other things I can’t remember right now.

We can probably agree on one thing, Dan. When it comes to American cable news coverage of Israel, it is all pretty simple-minded and doesn’t come close to presenting a complete picture of what is going on in Israel to their audiences. It’s not just CNN.
