The Israeli Palestinian Conflict: 10 Myths Preventing Peace

  1. This is setting the record straight? This short video seemed to be pretty much one-sided as well. What I want to know is does the Jerusalem Institute of Justice believe in a two-state solution? Do they believe Palestinians exist as a real people with a national identity and the right to their own homeland? What obligations does the Israeli government have in helping end this conflict in the eyes of the Jerusalem Institute of Justice? After going to their website to learn more about the Jerusalem Institute of Justice, I couldn’t see how this video has anything to do with their stated core principles of defending the civil right of religious minorities and promoting social justice within Israel. I was kind of disappointed all the way around with this video.

    1. It’s certainly truer than the cliches and slogans that prevail in diplomatic circles. However, if you want to get to the heart of the matter, for there to be peace, PALESTINIANS AND THEIR ARAB BRETHREN MUST STOP HATING JEWS. There, I’ve said it. I have never seen one statesman or diplomat demand or even ask that of Israel’s enemies or recognize this requirement as a fundamental to the peace process. Instead, they have handed the Arabs a “Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free” card and regurgitated the same worthless diplomatic formulas over and over again while expecting different results every time. Such stupidity.
