You may have noticed the spanking brand new banner at the top of the site. That is thanks to new Israellycool contributor Jono, who could no longer stomach the old one, and could not suppress his creative urges.
He has since created another version and I can’t decide between the two. So being the democracy that we are, I thought I’d let you, our dear readers, decide.

I went with Banner 1. Has the feel of a groovy 60’s tie-dyed t-shirt and way-out lava lamp. And since when did IsraellyCool become a democracy? I’ve always thought of it more as a benevolent dictatorship coverning politics, pop culture, and the persistent tech talk on electric cars.
Benevolent dictatorships are the best system!
2 is easier to read, but I am not sure of the image choice.

i like the banner, but for some reason i am reminded about the little flyer i received in the mail from home command showing the seconds one has to find cover when a rocket is fired from the north or south
yellow-30 seconds
green-45 seconds
etc etc
anyhow, love the site and work you and all those who contribute do
First glance, I vote for #3 – not crazy about either, but you can’t really see the name with Banner #1.
I’m afraid the new logo reminds me of the later paintings by Louis Wain, who got famous painting cats. The ones he did after he went mad.
Yeah, and I did not have to vote more than once!
