Women of the Wall and Women for the Wall faced off yesterday
in Jerusalem, Israel in the Western Wall Plaza.
But of all the thousands of women and girls present,
some with professional PR advisers, one woman really stood out in the media.
It was not the woman protesting quietly with paper signs,
but the one on the left with a loud piercing whistle.
Funny, it sure looked like those whistles
I saw in photos of striking Israeli Foreign Ministry workers.
A better reminder is of the episode of Attracted Development with the whistles.

I thought you were going to say Richard Silverstein XD
Thanks Yoni, great to start they day with a smile.
The behavior of men never surprise me (a lot of us are a-holes), but I’m always taken aback at the women who stand opposed to other women who only seek full and equal rights in their society. I guess there are Phyllis Shlafly’s in every country vigorously opposing those women pushing towards more just and equitable treatment by mostly the men blocking their way.
I was banned from posting on the W4W Facebook page because I called that harridan with the whistle “ugly.” That she is; she’s so hideous that she’d turn Medusa to stone. It’s not that she’s physically unattractive; if she were, I’d call her “homely.”
It’s that she tried to disrupt a religious service, and because she thinks that the only way to worship God is HER way. That’s ugly.
