Photographer James Mollison has created Where Children Sleep, a “collection of stories about children from around the world, told through portraits and pictures of their bedrooms.”
This site has a number of the photos, but the one for me that stood out is this one of Douha from Hebron…followed by her bedroom.
That really says it all.
Off topic (off the topic of this thread, anyway): Am I the only one for whom the front page and the Recent list aren’t refreshing? I have to link to the most recent post directly (via EoZ) and then click on the link to the Previous post.
No, there does seem to be a general problem. We are looking into it.
OK, thanks.
God Arabs have the tackiest taste. Are they all colorblind?!
It wasn’t the only photo featuring guns in the collection but it was the only gun-featuring photo which had nothing to do with hunting deer.
That’s incredibily disturbing. And sad. I fell really bad for that cute girl.
