Incredibly Stupid Social Media Activity Of The Day

I was just looking through anti-Semite George Galloway‘s tweets and I noticed he had retweeted this gem.

It’s posted with zero sense of irony, oblivious to the fact that suggesting Israel is committing genocide is slightly inflammatory when the birthrate for the last month is more than two times higher than number of total deaths (unfortunate as any innocent death may be).

Notice one guy – apparently with a few more brain cells than original poster and retweeter “Boy George” Galloway does recognise the problem and suggests that maybe they shouldn’t be proudly announcing this inconvenient truth.

Of course he is unashamedly suggesting that the information should be kept secret. BUT HE IS DOING IT ON TWITTER FOR THE WORLD TO SEE!!!!

Seriously, you can’t write this kind of comedy.

Update by Brian: This is exactly the point I made in my post Genocide By The Numbers In Gaza. There’s not much chance of them keeping this secret. In that post I worked out (based on the CIA World Factbook figures):

So we have an extra 52,874 new Palestinians in Gaza alone, every single year. That’s 4,406 per month, 1,017 per week

The tweet gives a number of 4,500 new babies during the brief war. That’s pretty much BANG ON the 4,406 in a month I calculated. Isn’t that cute! Congratulations to all the happy mothers.

If you’d watched the BBC much you’d rather have been led to believe there aren’t any babies left in Gaza that the IDF hasn’t eaten yet.
