Anti-Israel DouchebloggerTM Richard Silverstein has gone on a whining spree against Sprint over his broken phone.
Was happy @sprintcare customer till I discovered my 2 month old Note5 was broken & it would cost $200 to fix. Now I'm 🙁 customer.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
If ur Sprint customer, if your phone breaks (& mine did) you're on yr own. Even w insurance u pay $200 deductible to replace it. @sprintcare
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
And Verizon.
Verizon & Sprint hv been my cell phone providers. They're both lousy, just in different ways. @sprintcare
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
I bought a new Samsung Note 5 from @sprintcare & 1 month later the charging port broke. Now they say I must pay $200 to fix it. Nerve!
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
Why didn't the Sprint technician who told me I had to file an insurance claim tell me that??? #wastemytime @sprintcare
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
And Samsung.
Will @sprintcare provide a replacement phone so I have service while my phone is being repaired? Samsung refuses.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
U damn well better credit my account during time I hv no phone. Thiss is shitty customer care. @sprintcare
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
Bought @SamsungMobileUS Note 5 fr @sprint.Broke after 1 mo. Now hv 2 return 4 repair by Samsung, which offers no replacement during repair
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
How does a Note 5 charging port break 1 mo after purchase??? @SamsungMobileUS
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
If you're considering @SamsungMobileUS phone, my Note 5 charging port broke 1 month after purchase. Repair is going 2 B mess.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 4, 2016
All I know is I went 2 sleep 1 evening & next day charging port didn't work. Sprint Tech says something wrong w pins. @SamsungSupport
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 5, 2016
Not to mention my 18-digit device serial number is not in Samsung database. Can't repair it till I get valid SN. Ugh! @SamsungSupport
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 5, 2016
And I have to call customer support back to get the valid device SN. Seems ass-backward in terms of customer service. @SamsungSupport
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 5, 2016
And that seems to be the end of his rant against Sprint, Verizon and Samsung.
On to more important things.
Beware @ScarecrowVideo customers, i returned 4 videos late. They socked me w $45 late fee ("gave me break" @ $36). Punitive customer relatns.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 5, 2016
D’oh!
Update: Silverstein has a history of whining on Twitter about the customer service he receives.
@fontserv can anyone tell me why this company produces a product & provides no apparent customer service & declines to answer customers?
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) September 28, 2010
Hv been @UPS customer @ current address for 14 yrs. 1 package stolen. Now can't get out of UPS security jailhouse.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) October 27, 2012
@VerizonWireless customer service mgr refused 2 adjust my acct when I asked him 2 remove texting charges 4 1000s of tweets downloaded 2 cell
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) February 2, 2013
Then @VZWSupport customer service mgr refuses 2 adjust bill. Is this customer service?
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) February 2, 2013
@VZWSupport VZ's exec office's idea of customer service is 2 refuse 2 adjust bill & then lecture u about taking responsibility 4 it.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) February 6, 2013
If ur long-time Comcast customer beware tactic of offering 2 yr contract @ reduced price then jacking it up big time at end of contract.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) July 4, 2013
@heydonovan I'm very dissatisfied with the Login Limit plugin & w Ms. Kelly's customer service for this tkt: https://t.co/oM4hYy2IK8

@AmbShapiro Amazing yr embassy website & phone #s offer no way 2 reach real human being. How's that 4 customer service!
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) November 15, 2013
If u seek customer support 4 any @Apple product avoid @UVillage Apple store unless u want to waste an hr or 2 & then B told they can't help.
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) January 2, 2015
Broadband speed down to 3Mps instead of contracted 20Mps. Phone support wait time is 10 mins. Is this CL customer service?? @CenturyLinkHelp
— Tikun Olam (@richards1052) February 2, 2015
He’s truly insufferable.
hes a child
Walt, how can you speak ill of a guy who’s “Repairing the World” as we speak.
Sure but he’s taken much longer than Samsung and he’s still got a long way to go.
Talk about Too Much Time On His Hands!
He has hardly any retweets.
Never mind that, who still rents videos from a store? Of course, Dickie doesn’t want any business rules applied to him, why he’s a world famous Middle East expert and you want him to pay late fees? A schande I tell you.
Personally, and between us, I think the Mossad messed up his phone. Hey, they messed around with some guys shoes at night in the UK, so there is a precedent.
Why is he tweeting all this?
Also, with respect, that’s 5 minutes of my life I’ll never get back.
Since when does it cost $200 to repair a broken port?
Where I live there are loads of places that will repair broken ports for you relatively quickly, and will not change $200.
I’ve had a Samsung phone where the pins broke but that was after it accidentally fell while it was charging.
It’s $200 to make an insurance claim & they just give you a refurb phone. But he lives in Seattle so I’m sure there’s a phone repair store on every corner they could’ve fixed it for 50 bucks
It’s a conspiracy. Obviously.
A Zionist conspiracy.
Well, we do control the universe ;-)). According to some.
That is amazing and couldn’t happen to a bigger POS!
Good lord; they’ve had $200 insurance deductibles for smart phones for almost 10 years now!
The best part is had he not lost his temper they probably would’ve done something for him.
