MUST WATCH: Why Israel Is NOT An Occupier

Those who oppose Israel – and even most who don’t – claim that Israel is occupying the territories captured in 1967.

International Law expert Alan Baker – who knows a hell of a lot more about it than most – posits that Israel is not an occupier, and these territories are not occupied.

  1. Of course there is minor issue recent real international laws that state all of the land does in fact belong to Israel and cannot be given to anybody else. San Remo Treaty, Covenant of the League of Nations and UN Charter.

The Islamofascists have no legal claims to any of the land. The Levy Report is absolutely factual on the matter and must be the basis for any discussion.

  2. I’ve often asked Israel haters what makes Judea/Samaria “Palestinian land.” I never seem to get a cogent response. They are good at shouting slogans, but they don’t have a clue why they are doing so.
