Remember vile antisemite Thomas Lopez-Pierre, who was running as a candidate for NY City Council in the 7th Council District?
It looks like he has made some effort recently to show he is not really an antisemite after all.
For a start, he believes for a mere $100, he can undo the damage of all the Jew hate he has disseminated.

Yes, he really did tweet Say NO to hate…without the faintest hint of irony. (Given the level of hatred he has shown towards Jews, which could help trigger acts like this arson, he should purchase an entire, new bus at the very least).
Then he reportedly decided to stop using the term “greedy Jewish landlords” in his campaigning.
A New York City Council candidate accused of anti-Semitism on Monday said he will no longer use the term “greedy Jewish landlords.”
“After discussions with my Jewish supporters, I have agreed to NO longer use the words: ‘Greedy Jewish Landlords,’” Thomas Lopez-Pierre tweeted.
Lopez-Pierre, who is trying to unseat Democratic Jewish incumbent Mark Levine in September 12 elections, has run on a platform against “greedy Jewish landlords,” although he denies that he is an anti-Semite.
I can’t seem to find the tweet, but it is true – he has stopped using the term “Greedy Jewish Landlords.” Technically speaking.
He now just found another way to say essentally the same thing.
I can’t quite work out whether he is just trying to mess with people, or is really this stupid.
I’m just surprised he did not start using the term “Zionist landlords.”
