Big Bicep Guy

';

Aussie Dave

Not since Green Helmet Guy have we seen the MSM photographers so obsessed with one nameless terrorist.

Introducing…Big Bicep Guy.

He’s cheerful…

A Palestinian Islamist militant member of Jund al-Sham group smiles in Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp, south Lebanon June 6, 2007. Lebanease troops and al-Qaeda inspired militants fought sporadically at a refugee camp in north Lebanon on Wednesday and a Palestinian force took up positions to defuse tension at another camp in the south. Playful…

Talkative…

An Islamist Jund al-Sham militant speaks to reporters in Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp, in south Lebanon June 5, 2007. Fighting eased on Tuesday between Lebanese army and Islamist militants at a Palestinian refugee camp in northern Lebanon, battleground for the country’s worst internal violence since the civil war. Practical…

A security force made up of Palestinian Islamic factions that was set up to prevent further Jund al-Sham frictions with the army, was expected to deploy in the camp’s neighborhoods that were the scene of Monday’s clashes. And possessive…

A Palestinian Islamic militant shouts at a photographer for allegedly pointing his camera at his wife at the Ein el-Hilweh refugee camp in the southern city of Sidon, Lebanon Tuesday, June 5, 2007. By the end of the set of photos, you feel like you practically know the guy.

Which is, what I suspect, exactly what these MSM photographers with Arabic names want.

    Great line in the last caption:

    …for allegedly pointing his camera at his wife…

    It is only “alleged pointing”. But how else did the photographer get the shot?

    Thanks for the investigation Aussie Dave.

    I noticed this yesterday — and Dave, you nailed it. I think the strangest thing is to see a smiling “cheerful” islamdic.

    The press fascination with this guy may also be explained by their homosexuality.
