Brad Pitt was only able to take photos of Angelina Jolie breastfeeding recently circulated by the American fashion magazine W after an editor at the magazine flew off to Tel Aviv on a last-minute hunt for camera film.

W, which is to publish the photographs in its November issue, has reported that the A-lister was determined to shoot his wife, often described as the most beautiful woman in the world, with Kodak Tech Pan film, which hasn’t been manufactured for four years.

After Pitt used all 40 rolls of the film the magazine obtained for him on eBay, W’s photo editor Nadia Vellam managed to track down someone who offered her 30 rolls – in Israel. She then had mere hours to find someone in Tel Aviv who could get on a plane to France with the film that very day.

The magazine’s upcoming issue features Jolie in a black-and-white shot that shows her breastfeeding, presumably one of the couple’s newborn infants.

In the cover shot, she smiles at the camera with her blouse lowered, revealing part of her left breast with a baby’s fingers touching it.

Don’t thank us, we’re givers.

For those who hadn’t realized it, neocons is a code word for Jews (update: yes, I know this is not always necessarily the case, but here, it is. The giveaway is Barr’s reference to “neocons who own jon voight and make him dance on the chabad telethons.” Chabad is one of the largest Hasidic movements in Orthodox Judaism).

This rather inarticulate attack has gained the attention of the mainstream media. But instead of reporting it as an attack on Voight – as Barr’s post title even suggests – the majority of the mainstream media are reporting this as an attack on Voight’s daughter Angelina Jolie and her hubby Brad Pitt.

I’m guessing they are shifting the focus because it makes for a juicier story. Although the thought did cross my mind that the mainstream media would likely be sympathetic towards Barr for her attack on the conservative, pro-Israel Voight.
