mucahid cihad hanAfter claiming that a man would meet his masturbating hand “pregnant in the afterlife” and “asking for its rights,” a Muslim televangelist has set Turkish social media aflame.

Self-styled televangelist Mücahid Cihad Han dived into some delicate matters on May 24 when he answered his viewers’ questions on private television station 2000 TV, Turkish media has reported. Han initially looked puzzled when a viewer said he “kept masturbating, although he was married, and even during the Umrah,” a pilgrimage to Mecca performed by Muslims which can be undertaken at any time of the year, in contrast to the Hajj.

After repeating the question a few times, Han claimed that Islam strictly prohibits masturbation as a “haram” (forbidden) act. “Moreover, one hadith states that those who have sexual intercourse with their hands will find their hands pregnant in the afterlife, complaining against them to God over its rights,” he said, referring to what he claimed to be a saying of Prophet Muhammad.

“If our viewer was single, I could recommend he marry, but what can I say now?” the televangelist added, advising the viewer to “resist Satan’s temptations.”

What a coincidence that the televangelist would be called Cihad Han. Sounds a lot like “seed hand.”

And sorry for posting this, but this story was one of those stories I guess Satan put in my way. And I could not resist.

Liam Neeson Converting To Islam? http://www.israellycool.com/2015/01/14/liam-neeson-converting-to-islam/ http://www.israellycool.com/2015/01/14/liam-neeson-converting-to-islam/#comments Wed, 14 Jan 2015 21:43:40 +0000 http://www.israellycool.com/?p=72164 Back in 2012, I reported that Hollywood actor Liam Neeson was reportedly contemplating becoming a Muslim.

Now, three years down the track, he’s confirmed it’s not going to happen.

Liam Neeson 2Among Liam Neeson’s particular set of skills is being able to defend himself — from rumors.

The “Taken 3″ star confirmed he has no plans to leave his Roman Catholic beliefs despite reports that he considered converting to Islam while filming in Turkey.

Neeson set the record straight at the “Taken 3″ premiere Monday night inDubai.

“No, I’m not converting,” Neeson said in an interview with Al Arabiya News.

The original conversion rumors first came about in a 2012 The Sun article, and were recently resurfaced by The Daily Mail.

In the interview, the Oscar nominee told The Sun that during his time filming “Taken 2″ in Turkey the Islamic prayer “got him into the spirit.”

“The call to prayer happens five times a day, and for the first week, it drives you crazy, and then it just gets into your spirit, and it’s the most beautiful, beautiful thing. There are 4,000 mosques in the city. Some are just stunning, and it really makes me think about becoming a Muslim,” Neeson reportedly told The Sun.

The 62-year-old clarified to Al Arabiya News that he did not have a religious awakening, but rather learned to enjoy the Islamic prayer, which “was an annoyance because it was waking me up. But later I looked forward to it every day.”

But try telling that to the Daily Mail, who seem to be way behind the news cycle.

And the ever unreliable Jews News, who once reported he was afraid to convert because of how his home town would react. Or at least plagiarized that claim from another site.

Who Is Asghar Bukhari? http://www.israellycool.com/2015/01/09/who-is-asghar-bukhari/ http://www.israellycool.com/2015/01/09/who-is-asghar-bukhari/#comments Fri, 09 Jan 2015 08:39:35 +0000 http://www.israellycool.com/?p=71919 Yesterday, I posted some portions of the debate on freedom of speech featuring the fabulous Douglas Murray and Asghar Bukhari, a founding member of the Muslim Public Affairs Committee UK (MPACUK). Here is the full debate:

Note how Bukhari tries to come across as reasonable, talking about demonization (including of Jews) and stating Muslims are “not human enough or respected enough to have any feelings.” He even invokes the treatment of Jews in Germany to make his point.

Well, Bukhari talk with forked tongue. He’s not a nice person who cares about other ethnic groups like Jews. Not at all.

Exhibit A:

Incidentally, BBC journalist Natalia Golysheva responded to that tweet as follows – and promptly removed it (but thanks to screenshots!)

natalia golysheva

Exhibit B:

One of Britain’s most prominent speakers on Muslim issues is today exposed as a supporter of David Irving, the controversial historian who for years denied the Holocaust took place.
Asghar Bukhari, a founder member of the Muslim Public Affairs Committee (MPAC), which describes itself as Britain’s largest Muslim civil rights group, sent money to Irving and urged Islamic websites to ask visitors to make donations to his fighting fund.

Bukhari contacted the discredited historian, sentenced this year to three years in an Austrian prison for Holocaust denial, after reading his website. He headed his mail to Irving with a quotation attributed to the philosopher John Locke: ‘All that is needed for evil to triumph is for good people to stand idle.’

In one email Bukhari tells Irving: ‘You may feel like you are on your own but rest assured many people are with you in your fight for the Truth.’ Bukhari pledges to make a donation of £60 to Irving’s fighting fund and says that he has asked ‘a few of my colleagues to send some in too’. He also offers to send Irving a book, They Dare to Speak Out, by Paul Findley, a former US Senator, who has attacked his country’s close relationship with Israel. Bukhari says Findley ‘has suffered like you in trying to expose certain falsehoods perpetrated by the Jews’.

In a follow-up letter, Bukhari writes: ‘Here is the cheque I promised. Good luck, if there is any other way I can help please don’t hestitate to call me. I have also asked many Muslim websites to create links to your own and ask for donations.’

Bukhari confirmed sending the letters in 2000. ‘I had a lot of sympathy for anyone who opposed Israel,’ Bukhari told The Observer said. ‘I wrote letters to anyone who was tough against the Israelis – David Irving, Paul Findley, the PLO.”I don’t feel I have done anything wrong, to be honest. At the time I was of the belief he [Irving] was anti-Zionist, being smeared for nothing more then being anti-Zionist.

‘The pro-Israeli lobby often accused people of anti-Semitism and smear tactics against groups and individuals is well known. I condemn anti-Semitism as strongly as I condemn Zionism (in my opinion they are both racist ideologies). I also believe that anyone who denies the Holocaust is wrong (I don’t think they should be put behind bars for it though).’

Exhibit C:

Just last night he was debating with various ex-members of al-Muhajiroun on Facebook about the legitimacy of voting. Asghar proposed that voting in democratic elections as a way to defeat the Zionists could be thought of as jihad. His opponent disagreed with this understanding, making Asghar rather annoyed that anybody should think that he rejects violence as legitimate jihad.

Exhibit D:

You get my drift. And there’s many more examples that could be used as exhibits, to the extent that we could have an entire museum dedicated to the terror supporting, Jew-hating endeavors of this evil specimen.

Now this is a guy asked to represent the Muslim position on many a talk show and news program. He’s supposedly a more respectable voice for the Muslim community.

If he is one of the “moderates” we keep hearing about then G-d help us all.

I know what you are thinking. Clearly lone-wolf gunmen who are mentally disturbed, and have nothing to do with Islamic fundamentalism whatsoever. Makes you want to just #ridewith Muslims in solidarity.

Incidentally, this is another of Charles Hebdo’s covers:

Lucky us Jews have a sense of humor. And a belief system that abhors murdering people for any reason whatsoever.

Folks, we are at war here. A war where only one side is willing to acknowledge there is a war. It is (past) the time to realize this and fight the Islamic fundamentalist terrorists with everything we have. Responding with appeasement and political correctness will lose us the war.

You can’t sing kumbaya with those who want to use your heads as the bongo drums.

Al-Aqsa Mosque: Hearts or Tails http://www.israellycool.com/2014/05/07/al-aqsa-mosque-hearts-or-tails/ http://www.israellycool.com/2014/05/07/al-aqsa-mosque-hearts-or-tails/#comments Wed, 07 May 2014 16:36:36 +0000 http://www.israellycool.com/?p=60491 Sometimes when you think you have heard it all, along comes a new chapter in the growing Arab narrative. A conference, hosted by Palestine Parliamentary Committee, the Arab Parliament and the World Islamic Sciences and Education University was held from April 28-30 in Amman and their closing statement is quite a tall tale.

“The love for the Al-Aqsa is in the hearts of all Muslims, since it is their first qiblah (direction of prayer) and along with Al-Masjid Al- Haram and the Mosque of God’s Apostle, it is one of the three mosques to which Muslims make pilgrimage.

image Muslim man praying, photo Muslim praying on streets

What?  My first quibble, is with their “qiblah”- in which direction?

Ok, Muslim men do get out on the streets in Jerusalem, Israel to bow and pray.

image Muslim men praying, photo Muslim oppression in Al Quds

But while Jews have for thousands of years faced Jerusalem to pray,

Muslims face Mecca, so that from many places in Jerusalem, Israel,

image Muslim men bowing, photo Muslim prayer

Muslim backsides, their tail ends, not hearts, are facing their holy Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Who were these enlightening folks:

The participants, who included a group of Muftis, Awqaf Ministers, scholars and intellectuals from the Muslim world, were apprised by Jerusalemites on the situation of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Jerusalem and its Muslim and Christian Holy Sites and the escalating and continuing aggressions and transgression that they are subjected to by the Israeli occupation which strives to Judaize the Holy City and impose its complete control over the Blessed Aqsa Mosque through aggressive practices.

Great, so leaders in the Muslim world say:

“These practices include settlement; land confiscation; demolishing the home of Jerusalemites; excavations that have reached down to the foundations of the Blessed Aqsa Mosque and now threaten to lead to its collapse .

Finally, let us be exact about what Al-Aqsa means:

They added that the Al-Aqsa includes: the Qibli Mosque, the Marwani Mosque, the Dome of the Rock Mosque, the Cave of the Dome of the Rock underneath the Dome of the Rock, the Old Aqsa Mosque, the Khanthaniyah School, the Buraq Mosque, the plazas of the esplanade, its gates, hallways, roads, cisterns, aqueducts and aquifers, inner and outer prayer areas and structures and facilities both above and below the ground. The environs of the Mosque are blessed and are Islamic waqfs and include the Magharbeh Gate Pathway and the Burqa Plaza.

Phew, thought they were going to throw my house in for good measure!

Go look up Burqa Plaza. They want not only the Mosque and the Western Wall, but the Western Wall Plaza and more.

No more ‘end” jokes, as this tale keeps going and growing it is not funny. They want all of Jerusalem and more…

Britain’s female genital mutilation helpline receives an unexpected call:

A suspect contacted an FGM helpline to request the procedure for his two daughters after misunderstanding the purpose of the service for victims.

Mark Steyn comments:

What an unfortunate “misunderstanding”. The gentleman had called the Female Genital Mutilation Helpline thinking it was a helpline set up by Her Majesty’s Government to help you find someone to genitally mutilate your daughters. In the rich, vibrant diversity of the modern multicultural state, it’s easy to see why the poor fellow might make that assumption. Just give it a couple more years, sir.

Abdel-Majed Abdel Bary, 23, walked out of his family’s £1million home in Maida Vale, west London, last year to join militant groups, telling them he was ‘leaving everything for the sake of Allah’.

Now Bary – whose music has featured on BBC Radio 1 – has posted on Twitter that he and another Briton were abducted and robbed, with their money, phones and guns stolen by other jihadists.

Bary, who posts under the name ‘Terrorist’, said: ‘Me & Abu Hussein al britani got kidnapped /tortured by FSA/IF scum they stole our 4 ak’s and a 7mm, my vechile & our phones and cash.’

The tweet was posted last month. A Foreign Office spokesman said he had no details on the claims.

Izzy And The Muslim Guard http://www.israellycool.com/2014/02/23/izzy-and-the-muslim-guard/ http://www.israellycool.com/2014/02/23/izzy-and-the-muslim-guard/#comments Sun, 23 Feb 2014 12:24:47 +0000 http://www.israellycool.com/?p=58741 We have a local email list in my town of Efrat, in Judea. People may post about needing a ride into Jerusalem or about an upcoming rally or about dogs that won’t stop barking. Sometimes we even get a local weather report, from our local meteorologist, Dr. Barry Lynn, who set up a weather station not far from my home.

I get the efrat-chat as a digest, because otherwise, it would just be too much mail. I scan the titles and read whatever looks interesting. On Thursday, I read this post by Izzy of Alon Shvut:

When I was at the Kotel yesterday I saw that construction was being done to the ramp leading onto to Har HaBayit. When I asked the security guard what was being done and commented to him that Jews are not permitted to go and pray there, he answered me that,

‘This is the way it should be—it’s a Muslim Holy site.’

When I told him that it was the Holiest spot for Jews and that the Jewish Temples once stood there, he answered that although that may have been true in the past, today it is only for Muslims while the Kotel is for Jews. I asked him if he was a Muslim, to which he responded that he was.

Reading that post I felt something like an electric shock course through my veins. I shivered. This is the direct result of our own actions, I thought. We recaptured the Temple Mount (Har HaBayit) in 1967. Motta Gur, then commander of the Paratroopers’ Brigade announced, “Har HaBayit b’yadeinu!!”

The Temple Mount is in our hands.

And then Moshe Dayan, the IDF Chief of Staff at that time, handed it back to the just-vanquished enemy. He gave the Temple Mount, the holiest spot of the Jewish people, to the Muslim religious authority, the Wakf, to administer.

To my mind, this is the gravest sin of my people in modern history. This grievous act allowed a false narrative to spread and take hold, that the Western Wall, the remains of a retaining wall that once surrounded the Temple, is the holiest religious site for the Jews.

It is not.

The holy spot, the quintessential holy spot of the Jewish people is the Temple Mount. Har HaBayit. Here, on this spot, the Muslims built a giant mosque, to cement the erroneous idea that the area is historically their own: that it is holy to them.

It is not.

Izzy, age 60, grew up in New York and moved to Alon Shvut, 4 years ago.

Izzy, age 60, grew up in New York and moved to Alon Shvut, 4 years ago.

The Arabs work feverishly to remove all archaeological evidence of a Jewish presence at this site. They are destroying precious Temple artifacts with bulldozers, and dumping loads of priceless dirt into nearby valleys.

Today, it is forbidden for Jews to pray on the Temple Mount. If Prime Minister Netanyahu accedes to John Kerry’s demands, will East Jerusalem become the capitol of the Palestinian State? Will we lose the Temple Mount altogether?

How many people know that Jerusalem is not once mentioned in the Koran?
