A female lawyer who blurted out: ‘I cannot stand Jewish people’ during an office rant has been left with a huge legal bill after a discrimination case was brought against her by a former colleague.

Danielle Morris, 34, was subject of a three-and-a-half year investigation in front of two legal tribunals and almost lost her career after she made the remark during an office conversation.

The mother-of-two complained a Jewish man had jumped the queue at a medical centre while she was waiting to take one of her children to see a doctor.

Later she relayed the incident in the presence of a Jewish cashier at her law practice in Rossendale, Lancashire.

After making her comment, the unnamed cashier said: ‘Please do not say that’ but Mrs Morris added: ‘I don’t care, I cannot stand them.’

Three months after the incident in December 2009, the cashier left the law firm – then brought a racial and religious claim against Mrs Morris and the practice and won an undisclosed sum in damages.

Mrs Morris herself was then hauled before the Solicitor’s Regulation Authority after a further complaint of discrimination by the cashier.

It emerged the matter ‘snowballed’ despite the lawyer trying to apologise on three occasions – but the cashier refused to meet with her.

Yesterday, in a ruling made public for the first time, it emerged Mrs Morris who now works two days a week at another law firm has been fined £2,500 and ordered to pay £5,250 in costs following a hearing in London.

I don’t know what’s more shocking. The woman’s behavior or the fact she is only 34.

Israel doesn’t need to draw any new red lines or lines in the sand or any other nonsense. They were all firmly drawn by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 (UNSC-1701):

– no sales or supply of arms and related materiel to Lebanon except as authorized by its Government;

Seeing as the UN is in no fit state to gaurantee anything related to Syria or it’s (very binding) Security Council Resolutions, Israel has to go in and do the job itself. Because it is me and my kids who these weapons are aimed at and I don’t want to end up like the tens of thousands of dead in Syria.

Perhaps the only 1701 Philip Hammond and the BBC can remember is the USS Enterprise starship, NCC-1701.

Pity we get different pleas for “restraint” or silence in the face of the rockets fired on us during Holocaust Memorial day.

Britain’s Prince Charles is four months away from becoming a grandfather but that isn’t stopping him from trying out something new. The Prince of Wales is reportedly taking Arabic lessons.

Media outlets in the UK and around the world reported that Charles, who is very interested in the Middle East, was asked by a Qatari minister whether he speaks any Arabic during a visit in Doha.

“I tried to learn it once but I gave up. It goes in one ear and out the other,” he answered.

Palestinian students charged the car of the British consul general in Jerusalem, Sir Vincent Fean, on Tuesday, after having bodily prevented him from delivering a speech at Birzeit University, near Ramallah.

Dozens of students surrounded the university’s administrative building while Fean was meeting university president Khalil Hindy, the Ma’an news agency reported. Campus security protected Fean from the crowd as he left the building, shoving him into his waiting car. The protesting students then began to strike the vehicle and broke one of its mirrors, the report said.

Students were said to have been protesting “Britain’s position on the Palestinian question,” as well as its historic stance on Israel, showcased in the Balfour Declaration of 1917, the first British endorsement of Jewish national aspirations.

“Get out of Birzeit,” the students shouted at Fean as he was escorted to his car by security. At a demonstration outside the building, students chanted “Blast the head of the colonizer,” footage released by the Quds News Agency showed.

In 2000, students at Birzeit attacked France’s foreign minister Lionel Jospin, injuring him in the head, during protests over a speech he delivered at Tel Aviv University in which he dubbed the Lebanese movement Hezbollah a terrorist organization.

The Times piece has a quote from the UK’s (Jewish and trying too hard not to be seen as pro-Jewish) Ambassador to Israel, Matthew Gould.

“In what some might consider unfortunate timing, however, the British ambassador to Israel, Matthew Gould, was quoted Thursday downplaying the anti-Israel and anti-Semitic activity on campus. During an interview on his “ambitious strategy to persuade Israeli students to study in the UK,” Gould told the Times Higher Education magazine that “an image has taken hold of British universities that they are anti-Israeli, anti-Semitic, that they are not safe for Israeli students.” He blamed the unrealistic, “cartoonish” perceptions of UK universities on an “accumulation of small stories” in the Israeli media.”

I attended two UK universities two decades ago and I could already see bad signs coming in the form of Muslim student associations adopting the “Palestinian” false narrative and pushing this. Today the campuses are hot beds of BDS movements, anti-Israel (thinly disguised anti-Jew) sentiments. It’s well known and Israelis in particular who study at UK universities keep their heads down mostly. I know this from speaking to many.

Today the “small accumulation of stories” is pointing the way forward for the UK in just the same way the “small accumulation of stories” about abuse of Jews from Germany did in the 30′s. It always starts small.

I’m getting over four million search results for “UK university antisemitism“. Where there’s smoke, there’s usually a fire and today, where there is Jew hatred and anti-Zionism, there’s usually a British University campus.

After all his crocodile apologies, it’s clear the guy now hates us Jews even more. He’s trying to find some way to express his anger, frustration and, yes, antisemitic Jew hatred and he’s fallen back on the safe favourite of BDS. You know what we think about BDS here at Israellycool. Until they start BDS’ing real abusers of human rights or at least paying some attention to them, their targeting of Israel alone renders their entire moral fabric as suspect.

You may remember the UK Liberal MP, David Ward, who picked Holocaust Memorial day to lash out at “the Jews” who he believes are becoming the new Nazis and lining up to march all the Arabs into gas chambers one day.

Well he’s given an interview to the Guardian and he just doesn’t know when to stop. The Guardian does it’s best to clean up the views of this accidental Jew hater but he can’t help himself. Once again comparing the treatment of Jews by the Nazis to the treatment of Palestinians by Israel he says:

What was comparable was the treatment of people by people. Because, don’t forget, long before the death camps were set up, the treatment of the Jews in many of these European countries, and of course following 1933, in particular in Nazi Germany, was racist, and directed at the Jewish people. [It was] very low-level or what was regarded as low-level cases of nastiness and harassment to begin with, and then escalated.

Clearly he knows absolutely nothing about the rise of the Nazis. He knows nothing about the way Jews were drummed out of every aspect of public life, how their businesses were collapsed or taken, how they were thrown out of all forms of government and education, out of the courts out of every profession.

And how exactly does that compare to Israel with our Arab members of Parliament, our Arab judges (passing sentence over our President if need be), our Arab doctors and nurses and teachers and every other profession? Even our Arabs serving in the very IDF he accuses of carrying out this proto-genocide.

What a Douchebag. If he knows nothing of these things, yet pretends to speak knowledgeably, I can only conclude he hates Jews too much to bother to become educated.

Today is Holocaust Memorial day in the UK and elsewhere (we commemorate this on a completely different day here in Israel).

And as regular as a German rail service, along comes another member of the UK’s Liberal Democrat party (remember Jenny Tonge) espousing rabidly Jew-hating views and thinking he’s just bashing “Israeli government policy”. Well he’s not. David Ward MP, who’s constituancy covers Bradford which is basically a Sharia enclave in Britain’s increasingly restive Muslim north, is just keeping his deeply indoctrinated constituents happy.

As I said yesterday on twitter, only someone who hates Jews can believe the lie that Jews are trying to exterminate Arabs (or for that matter anyone else). It really is as simple as that.

Needless to say his party leadership is making signs of being embarrassed but it’s mostly a fig leaf. Polite UK society widely believes that Israel oppresses and mistreats Arabs and does so without any reason. David Ward is just doing us a favour by making that clear again.

The really chilling thing is this. Leave aside Ward’s particular offensiveness and idiocies. The insane belief that Israel is trying to wipe out the Palestinians or at the very least that it behaves savagely towards them, subjects them to ‘apartheid’ and ensures through its behaviour that there is no peace in the Middle East is now common currency in British progressive circles. While most would not use the Holocaust analogy and are careful to damn Israelis rather than ‘the Jews’, the entirely false belief that the Israelis have supplanted the indigenous people of Palestine and towards whom they are now behaving in an unconscionable way is now the default position amongst liberals and the left, and has also made serious inroads amongst the more isolationist and ignorant British conservatives.

The belief that, in Israel, the victims of one of the greatest crimes against humanity are themselves now guilty of crimes against humanity is the collective libel that has become the default position amongst the British intelligentsia. And as Ward suggested in his remarks on Sky, only those Jews who themselves endorse this libel by denouncing Israel are to be considered free of this taint. British Jews who support Israel and try to counter these Big Lies are quite simply treated as pariahs by baying mobs whose obsession with Israel has brought about nothing less than a mass derangement in British public debate.

The full, monstrous obscenity of both Ward’s remarks and the widespread British attitude to which he has given voice is no less than this: accusing the people who were the victims of genocide entirely falsely of committing crimes against humanity — simply because they are trying to defend themselves from being wiped out again by those for whom the Holocaust is unfinished business. Self-defence against extermination is now considered a crime against humanity.

David Ward may have been particularly clumsy – but he has merely given voice to Britain’s national sickness and shame.
