BBC At It Again

In the article Israeli fence divides Mid-East press, the following appears in bold, large letters, above the listed opinions expressed by different media outlets:

Comment in the Israeli and Arab press continues to reflect polarized opinions on Israel’s “security fence” in the West Bank and the roadmap project in general.

Some Arab commentators complain of US unwillingness to force Israel’s hand, but there is also some common ground, with suggestions from both sides that Israeli Government policy could spark a return to violence.

By placing the above in bold, large letters, the BBC seems to be emphasizing the existence of opinions that oppose the fence and blame any violence on its construction, even though some of the opinions listed underneath contain pro-fence sentiments.

Furthermore, the use of quotation marks surrounding the words security fence seems indicative of a cynicism about Israel’s express purpose in building the fence for security.

Can the BBC stoop any lower?
