Apparently police found that he has been living in Israel as former Labour leader Amram Mitzna.A fugitive arrested in Oregon in connection with the bust of a major drug operation 13 years ago was arrested Thursday by police in Israel.
Sidney Marvin Lewis was listed as one of the US Marshalls 15 Most Wanted after eluding authorities prior to a detention hearing in 1990.“He was a pretty elusive individual. It was a difficult 13 years,” said U.S. Marshal Dennis Merrill. “It was hard to track him down.”
