ISM Suing Israeli Government

ISM member Mostafa Henaway is suing the Israeli government for false arrest, emotional distress, negligence, and violation of arrest procedure. According to left-wing paper Scoop (an allusion to the fact that they write utter sh*t?), he was interrogated and accused of being a terrorist and working with terrorists, but was never formally arrested or charged.

I am sure this suit will be dismissed. I think most reasonable people can see the sense in the Israeli government detaining someone of Arabic origin who works for a group dedicated to the destruction of the state of Israel, and which has a history of aiding terrorists. Besides, how can someone sue for “false arrest” but claim he was never formally arrested?
