Ok, so I did not expect to blog today, but my blogfather Gary pointed out to me that when the United Nations Commission on Human Rights voted on Wednesday to condemn Israel’s killing of the Hamas leader, Sheik Ahmed Yassin, the two countries who voted against the resolution were the United States and Australia.

Without getting too sentimental, I am really proud of Australia’s conduct in this war against terror. The Australian government has been consistent in their stance (moreso than the US in fact), despite the fact that Al Qaeda are threatening Australia.

It is high time we recognized the Axis of Good – Australia, the US and Israel. Can any of my photoshopping pals come up with a good logo for this?
