According to the PA, “arrest, disrupt, and restrain individuals and groups conducting and planning violent attacks on Israelis anywhere” means “invite these groups to share power with you.”
Ah, the wonders of PLO Arab democracy!
And here is another one…the PLO Arab terrorist organizations have drafted a “National Plan” document, which is to be the basis of negotiations with the PA. And it enshrines what they perceive to be the most important right of all.
The Hamas, Fatah and Islamic Jihad leaderships in Gaza have prepared a draft “National Plan” that “emphasizes the right to use violence to oppose the occupation and the settlements, while avoiding turning civilians from either side into targets for attack.”
By the way, don’t read too much into the caveat about civilians at the end. We already know that the PLO Arab terrorists are of the view that there is no such thing as an innocent Israeli civilian.
