This screams “public relations disaster”:

The board of McDonald’s Corp. named Charlie Bell chief executive after Jim Cantalupo, the leader of the recent turnaround at the world’s biggest fast-food chain, died of an apparent heart attack Monday.

Or perhaps he was just on the Atkins diet.

Atkins is great. Doctors that have adequate experience with Atkins, agree that the Atkins diet should be the treatment of choice not only for obesity but for diabetes and several other diet-related disorders. Misinformation has prevented so many people in need from using and benefiting from the best treatment available, ultimately propagating epidemic, life-threatening conditions.
