Allah tells us not to indulge in false allegations and rumor and gossip mongering as well as harbouring suspicions. We are also ordered to verify the information we receive before we act upon them.
Islamonline.net is a site owned and managed by Muslims who are conscious of Allah and their accountability before Him.
Fatwa is a serious responsibility; no one can venture on that without the requisite training and preparation.

I have been browsing through Islam Online this morning, and I must say that I am getting some mixed messages from their “scholars.”
For instance, apparently, it is ok to use any means possible against the Zionists.
The other category of Jews are generally known as the Zionists who are currently residing in Palestine. Those Jews usurped the Palestinian land, and their attacks against Muslims is surely launched from a creedal ground. That is why Muslims are permitted to expel them from the land using all possible means, and the war between Muslims and Zionists in Palestine is unabated until this is achieved.
Yet, a few questions and answers later, we are told that Islam is a religion of peace that forbids suicide bombings against innocent civilians.
It is very important to note that Islam is a religion of peace. Islam does not permit attacking civilians at all. Islam does not permit aggression against innocent people, whether the aggression is against life, property, or honor, and this ruling applies to everyone, regardless of race, religion, color, etc.
As for the issue bombings, the recent days witnessed bombings inside many countriesósuch as Saudi Arabia, Morocco, etc. Due to the fact that, Islam is the religion of peace and security for all, it is one of the main objectives of Shari`ah to preserve human soul, and that is why qisaas (retaliation) has been stipulated for those who kill others undeservingly.
Islam lays down etiquettes for wars; warriors should not kill civilians, including the young, women, and the aged people, unless they participate in fighting along with the enemy. Allah Almighty says: “For that cause We decreed for the Children of Israel that whosoever killeth a human being for other than manslaughter or corruption in the earth, it shall be as if be had killed all mankind, and whoso saveth the life of one, it shall be as if he had saved the life of all mankind. Our messengers came unto them of old with clear proofs (of Allah’s sovereignty), but afterwards lo! many of them became prodigals in the earth.” (Al-Maíidah: 32)
