Brian of London should really be working but instead he’s trying to suggest a way to sidestep the ridiculous accusations of Apartheid so commonly thrown at Israel.
So much stems from the ignorance of the real history of Islam. Bat Ye’or’s vicious and vindictive marginalisation by “serious” academia has been a massive crime. Once you remove the true history of JIhad conquest and subjugation of Dhimmis and replace it with the “Golden Age” myth you set the scene for all that follows.
As a kid I grew up a South African in England. I knew there was something wrong in South Africa but the vehemence and viciousness of the opposition at times upset me and struck me as odd. I also knew the details of the crimes Mandela admitted to, which those praising him before his renunciation of violence didn’t seem to.
Apartheid in South Africa was built to some degree on crazy religious foundations and was obviously wrong. Apartheid was a political expression of a white supremacist belief. The new heirs of this apartheid are the biggest practitioners of Them and Us in History. Islamic Supremacists. Islam and its un-just legal system of sharia are the ultimate political expressions of Apartheid.
To flap and fluster and defend against this nonsense charge is a mistake. Make the Judo move, sidestep, and point out who the real Heirs of Apartheid are.
The only sign like that in Israel is the one forbidding Jews from entering parts of Muslim Occupied Israel.
