The Murder of Innocents: How Sweet It Is To The Palestinians

The “starving” people of “concentration camp” Gaza have apparently eaten up a storm today.

The five “settlers” were a family – a mother, father and 3 children aged 11, 3, and 3 months – stabbed to death in their sleep.

By a member of the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, the armed wing of Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah.

I’ve said it once and I’ll keep saying it: Even if the palestinians were deserving of a state, they have forfeited any right to one with their embrace of terrorism.

Palestinian state? Over our dead bodies.

Update: The victims of this heinous crime.

Udi Fogel (36)
Ruth (35) and Yoav (11) Fogel
Elad Fogel (4)

They were expelled from Gush Katif.

May G-d avenge their blood.

Update: Here’s a comment I just received and summarily deleted:

5 fucking jews compared to millions of muslims’ death and ure fucking wining over that?!
I wonna give away sweets to every Muslim out there.

Update: A photo of three-month old Hadas.

Update: The home after the attack.

Update: Grisly photos of the victims have been posted on another blog. I simply refuse to post them, and think the blogger in question has made a mistake. I would think the surviving members of the Fogel family would not appreciate having those photos being spread around the internet, Those who need those pics to understand murdering a family, including 3 children, is repugnant, are beyond help.

  1. Hearing about these attacks so close to home was hard, but seeing their faces, that sweet smiling face of Yoav pushed me over the edge. I, too, am sad for Muslims and Palestinians when they lose their children. But, Yoav's mother and father wouldn't putting him in front of a bomb target. Because Jews know if they tried to use their children to protect them, the terrorists would fire anyway. If you are willing to sacrifice your own children to save yourselves, then you would certainly sacrifice the children of your enemy. My heart breaks and I agree, they will not get the state back. They do not deserve it. Murdering people in the middle of their sleep is cowardly. Celebrating a child's murder is unconscionable. Their God is embarrassed of them.

  2. The celebration of such a despicable crime should be condemned by all people of good will. I hope the leadership of the Palestinian Authority will take appropriate action to condemn and prevent such activities in the future. I've heard repeatedly that Jews are safer living in the West Bank than in any American city. I'm not sure I believed that even before this crime occurred. Was there inadequate security in this particular community and what is the Israeli government doing about it?

    1. hey jim,

i agree with many things that you write…however, (and im really trying to keep my composure) what the frig are you talking about?

      blame the victims?

hey…if you get assaulted by some homophobic moron…should i blame you for not carrying a gun and blowing his brains out?

do you blame rape victims too?

what the hell are the pa doing to root out terrorist scum? ill tell you,,,,NOTHING

      1. A horrible crime such a this can cause a lot of emotion to come to the surface, and I understand the anger. But I don't see anything I've said here that remotely blames the victim, Walt. I condemned without reservation these criminal murders. I called on the Palestinian Authority to do the same and take positive measures to prevent further crimes. I also questioned whether adequate security measures were taken by the community members and the Israeli government. Isn't this a natural and appropriate question to ask in order to help prevent future terrorist acts?

  3. I noticed something odd in the second picture. It has been modified. Someone brushed away some text or picture of the banner hanging on the building behind. What could have been the reason and what was there? And why is it blurred (in a very unprofessional way)?

  4. Sorry, but the settlements are and will alway be ILLEGAL! The UN Security Coucil just voted 14 to 1 against them – the vetoer beeing of course the US saying they are also absoluetely against tehm, but neverless alling this UNILATERAL Israeli crime to go on and on and on, for 44 years now. Settlers who expose their children to such danger are the real criminals. What else can the Palestinians do? Everybody would act like them. And Israel should stop to brainwash their kids into fanatical, racist zionism.
Long live Israel, but not this fascis, racist one.

      1. Good point, juvanya. Thanks for sharing. I have to admit that's it very hard to argue against what 4 out of 5 dentists recommend no matter how fallacious it turns out to be.

          1. What do you call 20 dentists who have to go through a root canal procedure? Schadenfreude! Which is also what I would feel if this Gutfreund jerk got his junk caught in his zipper after taking a leak. UN resolutions my ass!

    1. To the Arabs, every Jew is a settler. There is no difference between Jews on land freed in 1967 or between Jews on land freed in 1948, in the minds of the Arabs (and in reality–1967 is an arbitrary year).

    2. The security council does not determine what's legal. The UN in general is no longer competent to make any decisions regarding what goes on the world as they have been completely usurped by dictatorial regimes.

The true legal status of the settlements is in dispute with valid arguments on both sides.

However, this is all beside the point. This is not about settlements as the Palestinians mindset has not let go of the idea that all of Israel is occupied territory. If they could ever accept the idea of a Jewish state living side by side with a Palestinian state then the presence of a few Jewish towns in their state would be irrelevant. Just as 1,000,000 Arabs live securely and comfortably in Israel.

Until such time I suggest we implement Ed Koch's plan: Start a new settlement for every Jew killed by terrorists.

    3. the settlements may be illegal, but "settlers" are still civilians and are protected by international law.

killing them is equal to killing any civilian in any other country or settlement.

      1. the neighborhoods are not illegal

international law has be rewritten when it comes to israel

the land was occupied by jordan from 48-67…prior to that, by the brits…prior to that…by the ottoman empire

        it is stateless

if the amount of ownership claimed by the arabs was true…the land of israel would be 10x its size….and the ottomans werent very big into allowing private ownership….even by other muslims

and it is time for israel to cease negotiating with the arabs, as they continue to show their true form as animals

you dont negotiate with a rabid animal….you put it down

    4. Obviously you would act like them too. I don't know how anyone can justify the murder of children over ANY issue but you don't seem to have a problem doing it.

In the end, what has violence got the Palestinians? NOTHING. Yes absolutely NOTHING. Violence was their alternative to accepting the 1947 UN partition and they lost. Now they don't even talk about those borders but 1967 borders where they lost again. They could of had it more recently but Arafat again decided violence was a better option that compromise.

So here were are today, the Palestinians left with a fraction of their original land, murdering children and expecting us in the West to feel pity for them. Not likely.

      1. They have most of the land: it is call Jordan, a big chunk of which was promised to Jews. So, they should move to Jordan, where they can safely plan their next defeat by Israel.

  5. And btw.. relating to that comment you deleted: I used to believe that people studying or working at the university were smart. But I lost that belief a very long time ago.

  6. Also, complicit in this atrocity for their obscene elevation of the "settlement" issue above all else are: Barak Obama, the UN, J Street, Peace Now, and all of those who support BDS and the "apartheid" idiocy.

  7. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said, "I noticed that several states which rushed to condemn Israel for building a house in some place are taking their time in condemning the murder of children.”

    1. A Long Amen to that one. This incident will be brushed aside by the UN, no official PA authority will need to give much lip service to condemn these types of attacks. We just have to build and reproduce our way into owning all of Judea/Samaria.

        1. Are you prepared to reproduce your way to a complete takeover of all of the disputed land? You might be overextending yourself a bit, juvanya. Pace yourself.

            1. That's the only realistic, long-term solution. The Arabs have forfeited any claims to "Palestine" through their repeated war crimes and racist acts of murder. They are the ones who should be driven into the sea and drowned like rats.

  8. Land issue aside..stabbing and murdering children, babies….is PURE EVIL.
There is no excuse..and then to celebrate the murders by passing out ANOTHER EVIL! All of these barbaric acts are mounting in peoples' memories..people from across the globe. This ideology, called revealing its true nature. Civilized people are keeping track of all these savage attacks.
I look forward to the day when the savages are dealt with….ultimately dealt with.

    1. Beautiful comments:
I will withhold judgment until I see the evidence that distinguishes this as a terrorist attack as opposed to your ordinary deranged family member, psychopathic killer or sociopathic cult members. To jump to the conclusion that it is a terrorist attack they had have some strong evidence?

If it actually happened at all.

  9. Concerning the graphic photos that you did not want to post:
"If you are concerned for the family, this is a statement circulating with the photos: "These photos were released by the family. They have given full permission for their use and they to ask you to report on the horrific reality of murdering children and babies in their sleep, simply because they are Jewish"

    1. I was just about to post that. I dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing. Should we really be stooping to the disrespectful level the Arabs have for their dead?

      1. Maybe that is one of the reasons why the family wants it. Perhaps because of the "pics or it didn't happen"-attitude of some. In some way it is important to show that 3 young children were the victims. By showing pictures when they were alive is respectful, but could have been anyone's picture. I just hope that there will never be parades with dead or wounded children as Arabs in Gaza and Lebanon have showed us with their children.

  10. Fakestiniansareevil

This a pure evil demonic act coming from the pits of hell! The Arab Fakestinians are possessed by Satan himself. Their embrace of barbaric violence against children is beyond evil. These ugly people look like Satan! Deport them to their homeland of Saudi Arabia NOW!

  11. Stop calling these terrorist scumbags "Palestinians." They are Arabs, period. "Palestinians" have never existed. Jews were called "Palestinians" once when they lived in what was known as "Palestine" which is just another name for Israel.
Israel, Gaza, West Bank is the Jewish homeland. These victims were NOT SETTLERS! They were Jews living in the Jewish homeland. IT WAS THEIR LAND! The Arabs are the real settlers. There has never been a "Palestinan" country or people, The Arab invaded from Arabia and then claimed to be natives of the Jewish homeland. BULLSHIT!

    1. And this guy is a "professor" of Jewish studies?
Perhaps it was people like him my grandfather had in mind when he said that "education" and wisdom do not necessarily go hand in hand

    2. as Jorge Luis Borges said once, ethics and statistics will be confused and mixed sooner or later, so some day american scholars will learn that the american army killed more civilians in its history than the nazis, and will coclude they are at least as bad as the nazis

  12. According to Israel National News, the graphic photos of the crime scene were released by the family. They should indeed be shared–some of our own people need to be shocked into realizing what the terrorists they march with would really like to do to them.

  13. If Israellycool doesn’t want to post those pictures because it would offend his personal tastes, morals, ethics and manners, let him be. It’s his blog and most people here come daily because you respect him. So, give him a little more respect and a little room to be him. You can get the pictures on somebody else’s blog.

  14. Now that I'm finished being nice, let me show you what I also am. The next time these sons of niquab covered camel dung pull this kind of stunt send a couple of ballsy middle aged guys dressed as Arabs into Gaza with poisoned sweets to hand out. If they used a delayed action poison, they could get back home before the first one drops. They could take out hundreds. Repeated a couple of times and the practice of handing out sweets to celebrate moral degeneracy will be severely curtailed. Your government will be pissed, but down the road even Bibi will eventually flash a wry smile with a twinkle in his eye.
