Clinique has a product called a Chubby Stick™ Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm. So perhaps this was more of a translation fail than disgruntled employee gone wild.
Although why on earth then is the woman in the picture painting it over her forehead and cheeks?

Update: Mystery solved. There is actually a product called Chubby in the Nude™ Foundation Stick (hat tip: Vespasian_70AD on Twitter)
So no translation fail. Just a marketing fail.
