Trying to get this post out as quickly as possible before sunset in a few hours’ time, as Jewish Voice for Peace at George Washington University have declared an emergency Shabbat. 4 days early!
(For those not aware, the Jewish Shabbat is from sunset on Friday evening until the appearance of three stars in the sky on Saturday night. In other words, not even close, JVP!)
